This form provides the information the District Commissioner requires to allow an event to take place. The Permit holder is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate Commissioner is informed about those attending a nights away event (even a District or County event). For all Nights Away the information below should ideally be submitted 7 days before the event. Please ensure that your GSL is also aware of the event.

Event Information

Each group attending a Nights Away event (even a County or District event) will need to provide this information separately.

Adult Information

Details about the permit holder(s), any other leading adults, and all adults staying overnight. As a minimum ALL adults staying overnight must be listed, please include their membership number for checking of DBS status. Any Adults in a camp leadership role but not staying over should also be listed.
NAP holder who MUST be present overnight. If joint-ran please state.
If not, you’ll be asked the details of the Event Leader
Please list any activities requiring permits or qualifications and provide the fullname and membership number of the activity leader or provider
